The Aspen Dining Room:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day in an all-you-can-eat buffet-style dining hall.  Bring the whole family or group for a delicious start to your day with fresh fruit and hot breakfast options.  Lunch and dinner offer a fresh salad bar with healthy toppings and a wide variety of great entrees.  Don’t forget to stop by the dessert table and taste our baker’s homemade goodies!  Meals are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Breakfast:
7:00 – 9:00, Adults: $10.50, Children: $7
Lunch:
11:30 – 1:30, Adults: $13, Children: $8.50
Dinner:
5:00 – 7:30, Adults: $15.50, Children: $10.50

Children: 6-12 years old.  Children 5 and under are free.
Buffet meals include salad bar, entrees, dessert and beverages.

The Rustic Cafe:
Located in the Administration Building, the Rustic Café is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat before heading out for a hike or taking in the views! We serve a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack items. Wake up early and sip a fresh cup of coffee. Grab a sandwich and snacks to-go. Indulge in homemade specialty desserts, cookies, fudge and fresh baked goods from our bakery!

Order a fresh made pizza from Y’s Guys Pizza at the Rustic Cafe. We offer traditional selections of toppings plus specialty pizzas including the Flat Top Cheese Pizza, The Samson Veggie and more. Pizza only available during summer months only. For the full pizza menu, visit the Rustic Cafe for an order form. Free pizza delivery to your cabin or lodge from 5pm – 8pm. Large orders please call for more information.

The Pine Room:
Enjoy sit-down dining in the historic Pine Room.  This family-friendly full-service restaurant is open Memorial Day through Labor Day*, the Pine Room features Sunday brunch,  lunch and dinner Monday – Thursday. *On occasion the Pine Room may not be open during the Memorial Day through Labor Day time frame due to private events.  For more information & hours, call 970-586-3341, ext. 1145.

Family Cookout & Campfire:
Select Tuesdays throughout the summer! Come at 6:00 PM to enjoy a delicious dinner grilled up by our friendly food service staff. At 7:00 PM, we will begin a family friendly campfire program with songs, skits, and games! Come for the food, stay for the fun! Prices: Adults (13+) $20, Children (6-12) $15, Under 5 are free.
