We also have activities catered to our little learners! These programs allow young children time to experience the outdoors with their family, while learning something new in the process. Outdoor Arts Program

During the summer months, attend an outdoor arts class or presentation by resident artist Susan K. Dailey.  Be inspired by the YMCA of the Rockies’ natural environment as you participate in one of Susan’s educational art classes. Classes include plein air (act of painting outdoors) workshops, art hikes and music/art presentations. Kids can also explore their creativity with Susan’s kid’s color sketch classes, where she creates a fun environment to learn the basics of outdoor sketching.
