Kruger Rock Wildfire

Estes Park wildfire is not affecting guest operations at Estes Park Center. 

 Currently a wildfire burning south of Fish Creek Road in Estes Park, 3.5 miles from Estes Park Center. Called the Kruger Rock fire, it is moving to the southeast, away from the Estes Park community.

  • At this time, there is no threat to the Estes Park Center and we do not expect that to change. 
  • All guests are welcome to keep their vacation plans.
  • Highway 36 has reopened and is available for all travel. 
  • There are several subdivisions on voluntary evacuation. The Estes Park Center is offering to house and feed any evacuees at no charge.  To request accommodations, contact guest registration at 970-586-9622.
  • All Estes Park Center operations will continue as planned.
