Pinecone Bird Feeders

Attract birds to your backyard this spring with our easy-to-make pinecone bird feeders! These bird feeders are fun and easy for anyone to make and enjoy.

The supplies needed are:

  • Pinecones
  • Peanut butter, almond butter or vegetable shortening
  • Twine
  • Bird seed

Recycled Platic Bottle Bird Feeder

Attract birds to your own backyard this Earth Day with a recycled bottle bird feeder. We will be making bird feeders to attract seed-eating birds to our yards. Once you have hung up your bird feeders, color a picture of each of the birds you see!

Materials:

  • Recycled soda bottle
  • Twine
  • Two short twigs or dowel rods
  • Push pin
  • Scissors
