Hot Shots
YMCA of the Rockies’ “Hot Shots”
REQUIREMENT: If you have worked with us at least one summer you are eligible for the honor of becoming a Hot Shot.
This crew will train and work in every facet of Guest Services; Conference Office, Food Service, Housekeeping, Guest Registration Desk, Information Desk, Conference Services and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. You will be assigned to your specific job each day depending on where the needs are. All members of the Hot Shots will report to Mary Hughes, Guest Services Director.
You must be outgoing, happy, positive and physically fit. You must be able to lift 50 pounds or more up and down stairs and walk in the woods without tiring at 7900 feet altitude. This job will be physically challenging and will require the strength to lift 150 pounds of wet laundry in and out of washers if needed. You must have great computer skills, great writing and speaking skills, and attitudes that are higher than our altitude!
