Mark your calendars for April 6th, when our cabin reservations open to the general public for summer and fall dates.  If you want to book a cabin at Estes Park Center between 6/1/16–11/30/16, this is your day!  We book up quickly for dates from mid-June to mid-August and fall weekends; be sure to explore all our lodging options at both centers. Our security coordinator recently wrote this for our staff. We wanted to share with all of our visitors. Please respect our wildlife – and stay safe! During the rut or mating season (September and October in Estes Park), bull elk have only two things on their minds. One is reproduction, or mating with cow elk, the other is fighting to keep their harem of cows from rivals. These bulls are literally looking for trouble. Snow Mountain Ranch has a brand new dog park! The three-acre, fenced in park opened on July 16th and is open to members of the YMCA of the Rockies, on-grounds guests, and day pass holders. The park features separate sections for large dogs and small dogs, a shade shelter, benches and water fountains for both humans and dogs! Don’t forget about our pet-friendly lodging!
